Over the past few months, it’s become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented challenge. Like you, we are deeply concerned and want to do what we can to help keep our newborns and families safe and healthy.
I wanted to send a personal note to you to let you know how we are responding to the situation. We are humbled by your loyalty, and we take our responsibility to our customers very seriously.
What We’re Doing:
• We are introducing rigorous additional cleaning procedures, and are increasing the number of wipes, hand sanitizers, and other cleaning materials in studio for our use and yours.
• We are NOT allowing any other people in our studio except our newborn clients and their parents/ siblings. Please refrain from bringing additional family members like grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends to your session. We will not allow extra people not included in the session in the studio.
• We have suspended family sessions and milestone sessions in the studio to further reduce foot traffic. We are currently only serving newborn clients at this time.
• We are locking the door during your session to ensure there is no additional foot traffic.
• Photographer will be wearing a safety mask during your session.
• Newborns are being scheduled 24 hours apart to ensure adequate time between sessions for cleaning & sterilization.
• We are asking clients that to wear a mask in the studio when not taking photos.
We recognize this is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our clients and communities.
If any family member is feeling unwell during the time for your session we will happily reschedule you, just let us know and we will do the same.
