I couldn’t wait to capture this sweet expecting mama from the first time we met. She was so incredibly sweet and the excitement she had for her little girl’s arrival was infectious. We decided on this spot because of the gorgeous grouping of trees that were nestled next to this sweet lake. I think it was the contrast that spoke to me. I loved seeing her gorgeous curls, and sweet pink wrap dress in-front of the age old trees, laden with Spanish moss. Old and new; both beautiful and precious in their own way. What a beautiful day it was to be their Houston Fine Art Maternity Photographer.
We talked the day away during this session. I love when you meet someone (in this case, someones) and your personalities just click. It made this session not only fun, but incredibly memorable. What I’ll always remember most is the love that these two share. You could almost see the excitement and precious anticipation fill the air at the mention of their little one.
The way these two looked at each other and spoke about their upcoming arrival made it clear to me that they were born to love their little girl. He had such absolute adoration in his eyes, as he watched me capture images of his sweet wife. I have no doubt in my mind that they are bound to have a long life ahead of them, filled with love and laughter. I can’t wait for them to hear the sweet sounds of their sweet girl’s giggles fill the air. There’s nothing sweeter in this world than seeing the smile on your little one’s face and hearing the joy that flows so easily from their little hearts.
