Houston Natural Light Sibling Photographer | Three Peas in a Pod
This light. These boys. Be still my heart! <3 Watching them run around and play with each other for this sweet evening session filled my heart with such joy. As a Houston Natural Light Sibling Photographer, I know that when working with boys of this age, it’s best to let them run the show. As soon as we got to this wooded pathway, I let them loose! I wanted to capture them in “play-mode” having fun and giggling the day away in each other’s sweet company. As any of you parents out there know, the genuine squeals of delight made by your child during play time is one of the most beautiful sounds in this world. I can still hear their sweet giggles fill the air as I look back on the images from this session.
I was so excited that the lighting was so incredibly perfect that day. The way the rays of light dance in and out of the tree limbs, playing hide-and-seek on the boy’s faces makes my heart so happy. I didn’t want to incorporate too many props into this session, opting for a more organic, natural feel. Between chase, ring-around-the-rosie, and endless hugs, I think we really did get some truly stunning shots from this evening sibling session.
These images will forever act as a time machine, not only for these 3 boy’s parents, but for them. They’ll always be reminded of the deep friendship and fun they all had together from such a young age. I have no doubt in my mind that these three will be more than brothers. They’ll be lifelong friends bound by the love of family.
