Oh how I adore these sleepy newborns! I mean just look at this precious little girl! How in the world could this possibly ask for a better job? Geeze, I love being a Richmond Newborn Studio Photographer.
This was one of those sessions where things just fall into place, perfectly! Little Miss was super sleepy and settled after a quick bottle feeding. Sessions like this reinforce the fact that scheduling newborn sessions as close to the delivery date is always a good idea. While I have no problem in the world whatsoever working with bigger-little ones, there really is nothing like a brand spankin new little baby to work with. So sleepy and so easy to transition. When they are a little older, they tend to be just a little fussier, but still precious!
Regardless of the age, these squishly little bundles of love are my absolute favorite. Watching them grow from sleepy milk-drunk newborn, to curious teetering-toddler and on is such an amazing process. I’m so thankful for each and every one of these little blessings that walk through my door!
